"AlertPay" works exactly like paypal, in that you can add your bank account and your credit card to your "AlertPay" account, accept credit card payment, transfer and withdraw money from your account via various methods and also fund your "AlertPay" account via various methods.
If you don't have a credit card for verification, you can get verified using your mobile phone. There is phone verification and credit card verification. You can opt for phone verification, if you don't have a credit card. Also if your country is not listed on paypal or any other popular payment solution websites you can use "AlertPay" as they have over 190 countries to which they offer their services.
